Dietitians are directly accessible. This means that you can make an appointment without a referral from your GP, specialist, or dentist.
Fees and Charges for Nutritional Services

"In the first appointment, the cost includes both the Intake Consultation and the First 15-Day Personalized Meal Plan rates."
Intake Consultation
Intake Consultation (duration approximately 2 hours)
Rate: 60€ per hour
First 15-Day Personalized Meal Plan
First 15-Day Personalized Meal Plan (duration approximately 3 hours)
Rate: 60€ per hour
After the first appointment, I analyze all data collected and create your personal meal plan for 15 days. It is completely tailored to you.
The plan will include pictures of the products that I suggest you buy from your grocery store, as well as a list of the highest quality nutritional supplements (with links to stores to buy them and directions for use) that will help you improve any abnormalities in your blood test results.

If the appointment is not canceled 24 hours in advance, unfortunately,
we will have to charge you for the time reserved for you.
Overview Rates
• Payment is by invoice (I will send you the invoice along with the meal plan).
• Prices include both direct and indirect working hours.
• Prices do not include travel costs in the case of a home visit.
For distances greater than 40km from my location, there will be an additional charge of 0.5€/km for travel costs.
Treatment Time
A consultation consists of two components
• Direct time:
This is the time when you, as the client, are present (e.g., body composition analysis, measuring tape body measurements, filling out questionnaires to detect any eating disorders, discussing and preparing the basic structure of the meal plan and consultation time).
• Indirect time:
This is the time spent by the dietitian to reach your location (in the case of a home visit), calculate and compile your personalized advice, find the best quality food products for you, evaluate your blood test results, and suggest high-quality nutritional supplements (with links to stores where they can be purchased and directions for their use) to help improve any abnormalities in your blood test results.
This also includes creating your meal plan, recording your information in your file, and billing for the consultation.
During this time, you are typically not present as a client.
Canceling Appointments:
If you need to change your appointment, please call or email.
For cancellations made no later than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged 60€.
